Dear Unit Kernels/Volunteers:

I want to make sure everyone is aware that the $10 Caramel Bucket comes 6 containers per case. This is a CHANGE from last year! Last year, this product came 12 containers per case. If you placed your Show-n-Sell order expecting to receive 12 containers per case of the $10 Caramel product, you may want to update your order online as you will be short on actual containers.

Remember:
 
"Each Unit that sells $1,000 or more during the 2009 Popcorn Sale will have a brick placed at Bert Adams that indicates unit number."
 
Please consider getting your unit to sell at least $1,000 worth of popcorn so that your unit will get its number placed on a brick at Bert Adams!  Show and Sell if coming up.  If you've never sold before, consider ordering $1,000 worth of product and having 3 1/2 months to sell it.  Payment not due until Dec. 1st.
 
Make sure you get yout "brick" at Bert Adams!

Thank you for selling popcorn this year and raising money to support the Atlanta Area Council.  Funds raised from popcorn sales now represent over 10% of the Council's budget!
 
Attached please find my current list of popcorn kernels for the upcoming season.  Our kick off is scheduled for August 1st and a representative from each unit must be there to qualify for the additional 5% of commissions.  This is when you will receive your packets to distribute to your scouts.
 
Please send me any updates or missing information.

Aug 1       Kick off/Training (required to qualify for additional 5% commissions)
Aug 20     Show n Sell orders due
Sep 12     Pick up Show n Sell orders
Oct 22     Final orders due
Nov 7      Pick up Final orders
Dec 1      Payment due to the Council (required to qualify for additional 5% commissions)
